  • Do you want to lose weight, gain lean muscle and get yourself fit in 2023?

  • Our group is very friendly and supportive and we cater to all levels of fitness.

  • You will receive 3 high intensity and functional sessions per week.

  • These will use a combination of cardio and strength training with a variety of equipment and innovative training techniques.

  • Cost is $50 per week for unlimited sessions or $20 for single sessions
