45 minute, high intensity sessions which include:
Anaerobic and aerobic cardiovascular training incorporating intervals, hills, stairs and bodyweight exercises.
Strength and muscular endurance training using a variety of equipment including kettle bells, torsion bars, strength bags, slam balls and battling ropes.
Lift and carry training with logs, tyres, ammunition boxes and heavy ropes.
Corporate training packages are available to give your company or sporting team highly effective team building and/or resilience training.
